Welcome to trainedbypaul.com, I am trainer Paul.

Congratulations on making a decision to change your life through fitness. My goal as a trainer is to inspire you to achieve great things in gradual steps. Fitness is the foundation on which a lifetime can be built upon. Brick by brick you build it up and with the right tools the job is easier than you might think.

I will give you the tools to get a great workout in no matter where you are starting from or what equipment you have access too. I always say "the moves are the moves are the moves" It's in how we put the moves together that makes it fun and exciting and effective That's where I come in.We all just need a little guidance and a plan to get to where we are going. Fitness is like filling up a pitcher of water at first you need alot of water to fill it but once it is full it only takes a little to keep it there.

Whether you are a client of mine at The PEAK Health and Wellness Center in Montana or a online client in Florida my workouts are all custom built just for you with you and your goals in mind. I live the lifestyle and believe everything I preach about fitness. We can all improve on our station in life and feel better with a little regular fitness in our lives.

Being onsite with a Personal Trainer is highly beneficial and recommended for those who can afford it. If you want to self train and can't afford a full time trainer "....than online training is for you". Every workout includes video of every move creating a visual library for you refer back to at your leisure. Each workout includes pictures of starting and finishing positions plus a written explanation of how to execute the move safely. This is your roadmap to success with a custom plan just for you.

For as little as $15.00 a month you'll receive a custom plan that you can do on your own at your home or at the gym... by yourself!. Every month I will change your workout and keep you moving forward. I look forward to hearing your success stories.
